How pricing works here

Every number you'll hear from us follows the same rule: ranges before the visit, a fixed figure after it. The ranges on this site reflect thousands of real projects, a Level 2 charger at $400–$1,500, a 200-amp panel at $1,500–$4,000, a Powerwall at $11,000–$18,000 before the 30% credit, and your in-home assessment converts them into one written price that doesn't move.

The assessment itself is free because it serves us as much as you: accurate scoping is how fixed quotes stay profitable without padding. No pressure accompanies it, a meaningful share of assessments end with us recommending less than the homeowner expected to buy.

The process, condensed

Request → assessment (panel checked, load calculated, site walked) → fixed written quote with incentives identified → scheduled installation by a licensed, Tesla-certified electrician → permit and inspection handled by us → documentation delivered for warranty, insurance, and resale. Most single-service projects complete within two weeks of first contact; emergencies dispatch 24/7 outside that flow entirely.

For deeper answers by topic, the [Common Questions](/questions/) hub covers the diagnostics homeowners search at midnight, and each service page carries its own FAQ specific to that work.

Questions we hear before every first project

Do you subcontract? The electrician at your door is a vetted network member held to our standards, never an anonymous handoff. Are you actually licensed in my state? Yes; licensure and insurance are verified per state and re-verified on schedule. What if the job is urgent? Emergencies dispatch 24/7 with phone triage first, and genuine hazards jump every queue, day or night, holiday or not, because sparking panels have never once respected a calendar. What if I just have a small job? Small jobs are welcome, outlet repairs and inspections are how many customers meet us, they route to available members like any project, and they're deliberately priced to make trying us easy.

Do you sell equipment or just install it? Both, we supply chargers, Powerwalls, panels, and devices at competitive pricing, or install what you've purchased. Can I get a quote without a visit? Photo-based preliminary quotes work for simple projects; fixed pricing follows the assessment because accuracy protects both sides.

Questions we hear mid-project and after

Who do I call during the work? Your project has one point of contact, no dispatcher roulette. What if the inspector flags something? We correct it at our cost; passing inspection is part of the job, not an extra, re-inspection scheduling and any corrections ride on our side of the ledger. When do rebate filings happen? Point-of-sale rebates at purchase, utility filings within their windows (ours to track), tax-credit documents delivered with your project file.

What about after, new noise, an app question, a breaker behaving oddly? Call us first, even years later. The project file persists, the guarantee stands its full term, and diagnosing our own installs is faster than any cold service call. That continuity is most of what 'one accountable team' means in practice: the company that installed it answers for it, with the records to act fast.

The question behind the questions

Most electrical questions reduce to one: can I trust the answer I'm getting? It's why we publish pricing ranges instead of hiding them, explain the why behind recommendations, and build every process, fixed quotes, permits, guarantees, around removing the trust gamble from the trade.

If your question isn't here, the [Common Questions](/questions/) hub goes deeper on diagnostics, every service page carries its own FAQ, and the phone line reaches humans who answer without a script. Ask anything; the answers are the product. And when a question needs a look rather than a reply, a photo of your panel, a walkthrough of the symptom, the free assessment turns the conversation into numbers without turning it into a commitment. That conversion, question to clarity to fixed price, is the whole system working as intended, and it's available seven days a week, because electrical questions don't keep business hours, and neither does the emergency line behind them.

Most residential Level 2 installs run $400–$1,500 depending on panel capacity, wire-run distance, and whether a panel upgrade is required. You get an exact price after a free in-home assessment.

One Powerwall typically runs $11,000–$18,000 installed before incentives; multi-unit systems scale from there.

Not always, many homes have spare capacity. A quick load calculation tells you whether an upgrade is required before adding a charger or battery.
